What Is the Lo Shu Grid Calculator?

Instead of manually having to create and calculate your Lo Shu grid (or Luoshu square), the Lo Shu grid calculator does all the work for you. Using only your birthdate, the calculator generates your own Lo Shu grid to analyze your personality and strengths/weaknesses in life.

The tool is completely free, easy to use for everybody, and there's no limit to how often you can use it. It works in seconds, and there's no need to download a program or create an account.

How to Use the Lo Shu Grid Calculator

1. Select your birthdate from the input.
2. Click the "Calculate" button to begin the process.
3. Within seconds, the tool displays your grid and shows you what numbers are missing from it.
4. Once you have your grid, you can scroll down and learn more about what the numbers in your particular grid mean.
5. To run the calculator again, simply scroll back up, and enter a new birthday.

What Is a Lo Shu Grid?

A Lo Shu grid is a 3x3 square grid where each diagonal or straight line of three numbers adds up to 15. The idea originated in Chinese numerology thousands of years ago, and the grid is used to analyze a person's strengths and weaknesses in life.

Here's the grid:

Each number in the grid has a specific meaning:

• 1: Represents career and job success
• 2: Represents marriage, relationships, and happiness
• 3: Represents health, wisdom, and education
• 4: Represents luck, money, wealth, and overall prosperity
• 5: Represents stability, communication, and balance
• 6: Represents friends, helping others, and new opportunities
• 7: Represents mental creativity
• 8: Represents knowledge, motivation, and memory
• 9: Represents fame, social life, recognition, and reputation

While there is the standard Lo Shu grid shown above, each person has their own Lo Shu grid based on their birthday. Simply take your birthdate and add the numbers to their respective spots on the grid.

You'll also need to calculate your personality number (your date of birth) and your destiny number (adding up all numbers in your birthdate until you reach a single digit).

For example, if you were born on July 6th, 1982, the numbers you'd add to the grid are 7, 6, 1, 9, 8, 2. You'd also add 6 as your personality number (born on the 6th = 6) and another 6 as your destiny number (7+6+1+9+8+2=33, 3+3=6).

If you have more than one of the same number, add them all to the respective spot.
